Antarctica is bigger than Europe and USA combined. It is permanently covered by a sheet of ice, with an average thickness of 2000m. Whales, seals, birds and penguins are some of the incrediable animals that you can see on our cruises. With optional extras including: mountain climbing, cross-country skiing, camping on the ice and kayaking.
South American Holidays has several ships in Antarctica for the season. Starting in early November and finishes in late March.
